About
This course empowers parents, advocates, and professionals with foundational tools to intervene in cases of parental alienation, custodial interference, false allegations, and abuse of the legal system. Participants will learn how to recognize patterns of litigation abuse, financial manipulation, and psychological harm to children, including brainwashing and denial of court-ordered parenting time. Emphasis is placed on practical first steps—such as how to properly document violations, involve law enforcement through crime reporting, and organize legally relevant documents including court orders and parenting schedules. This course aims to protect families by encouraging lawful, trauma-informed responses and ensuring accountability within the family court system.
